Mentor Coaching

$2,000.00

To apply for PCC accreditation, ten hours of mentoring with a Registered Mentor from the International Coach Federation (ICF) with a valid certification are required. In the case of group mentoring, up to seven of these sessions may be group sessions, with at least three individual sessions, all within a minimum of three months following the submission of the accreditation application.

Dr. Ghada Anqawi meets these requirements and is registered with ICF as a mentor and assessor for PCC. Dr. Anqawi does not offer group mentoring but only individual mentoring. If you wish, she can provide you with a three-hour or less mentoring session at a special rate (contact us). She does not offer mentoring for ACC or MCC levels.

Register now for individual mentoring.

The program consists of ten hours with the following content:
Hour 1: Accreditation requirements and application.
Hour 2: The Code of Ethics and its implications in practice.
Hour 3: Competencies 3 and 8 and their applications in coaching sessions and implications for performance assessments.
Hour 4: Competency 4 and its applications.
Hour 5: Competency 5 and its applications.
Hour 6: Competency 6 and its applications.
Hour 7: Competency 7 and its applications.
Hour 8, 9, and 10: Assessing a recorded coaching session, its analysis, and full commentary.
This structure can change based on your needs and where you want to focus.

You book and before you pay anything, we get on a discovery call as part of the package.

Description

You are an ACC with ICF and want to apply for PCC. You reached 500 coaching hours. You realize one of the requirements is mentoring.

While mentoring in EMCC is:

“Mentoring is a learning relationship, involving the sharing of skills, knowledge, and expertise between a mentor and mentee through developmental conversations, experience sharing, and role modeling. The relationship may cover a wide variety of contexts and is an inclusive two-way partnership for mutual learning that values differences”.

ICF is fully towards accomplishing excellence in a specific level of performance:

“Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative, and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies”.

We craft the engagement according to your needs and where you are in your performance.
