The program is 24 hours of 12 sessions (plus your own 90-minute personal discovery and personal development plan (PDP)) over 12 months for the year. In the sessions, you experience Neocharismatic Leadership through a small team of dedicated leaders, two leadership coaches, and other guest consultants. The sessions are deeper than just skill transfer, they are transforming the operating system (OS) of your thinking through empowerment. You also get to write the software that will run you through the transformation of your own business, team, or organization. In between the sessions, you will indulge in a mission-critical project with your team, that you create together to deliver in real life. Collaboration is the key to building a high-performing team in your Neocharismatic Leadership™ journey. You also get a chance to enroll in one-on-one coaching, thus gaining extra personal coaching with two coaches instead of one to address your challenges in complete anonymity and privacy. But to make this relevant, you will bring your organizational issues and the challenges that face you every day to arrive at the solutions you want to immediately implement. You can expand with us and go anywhere and everywhere. We are here to empower you.
