In EQ assessments we identify your EQ competencies and support you in using your strengths to elevate above your shortcomings as a leader. We also use self-assessments and other EQ products such as brain talent to support teams to communicate across their styles and differences in emotions and reasoning. We offer you a self-assessment of emotional intelligence with a full 90-minute session to examine all competencies, identify strengths, and build skills related to communication through emotional intelligence.
